A database health check assesses the current quality of a client's database. This is obtained by running a number of computer programs on the file. Key areas it assesses are :-

The quality of the records.
The authenticity of the data.
The profile of your customers eg Sector, Size & Location.
The market penetration against the total universe of data.

Once the programs are run, IDS will inform the client of what is required to improve the file and how much it will cost.
